ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your country of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of this Terms and Conditions will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

 

ORDERS

Once you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered. For items which are not on stock, please contact us at hello@sage-interior.com for the approximate delivery time.
We do our best to keep our website as up-to-date as possible. However, the possibility remains that a certain product is no longer available, in which case we will contact you as soon as possible.
Orders are only effectively paid from the moment the payment has been received.
. Sage has the right to attach conditions to orders or to refuse them, unless agreed otherwise.

 

DELIVERY

When in stock, orders should be ready for shipping within 5 workdays after the payment has been received. Please note the delivery time depends on your location and the by Sage chosen shipping partner and is therefore not guaranteed. Please contact me at hello@sage-interior.com if you have any concerns about your delivery. 
Sage is not responsible for any delays of your package during delivery. 
It's your responsibility to fill in the correct delivery address. When supplying a wrong delivery address the costs for a second delivery will be at your expense.

 

PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices indicated on this website are in euros, include VAT (21%)  and exclude transportation expenses. The billing is done according to the price on the order confirmation.
Purchases made on this webshop are secured through trusted internet payment processing companies Stripe and PayPal.  All personal debit and credit card information transmitted are handled by secured connections.
Sage can modify prices at any moment without prior notice.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

​

Items can be returned within 14 days, provided that you send us a clear e-mail at hello@sage-interior.com including your order #. Of course we expect returns to arrive in their original condition. When the refund is approved the applicable amount will be refunded within 2 weeks. 

Returns are possible at own cost.

Right of return is not applicable on pre-orders and custom orders.

FORCE MAJEURE

Sage reserves the right to, in case of Force Majeure, stop the processing of an order and ultimately cancel the order without any damage restitution. 
Force Majeur is any external cause as well as any circumstance, not directly related to products and services provided by Sage,  which cannot be the responsibility of Sage.

 

LIABILITY

Sage shall not be liable for damages in any form whatsoever, either physical, material or immaterial.
We do not guarantee fabrics against fading, color fastness or any damage caused by cleaning processes.  
Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. We do not assume any responsibility for lost packages.
